Hello all. After getting back into town early this morning, weighed my options, (yard work / fishing,,,,,,,,, yard work / fishing), well here are the results.

Got out on the flat's about 6:30 am for some relaxing wade fishing. South West wind 8 to 14 (on and off gust), water fairly clear with a stained tint, cold at first, but got used to it real quick. Tied on a underwater mirrolure because of the wind and chop. Walked for miles, no complaints only 3 fish but it was beautiful out there. I only usually keep just enough to blacken for two so I only had to keep one this trip. A real beauty of a Trout (see pictures), 24" and full of light tackle drag pulling........ I feel so lucky to be able to have all of this within a few miles and again it beets the hell out of yard work (sorry neighbors, I'll get to it Monday). Tight lines all and good luck this w/e.  T

Now all you need is $300.00 + 1 Flounder + 1 Redfish = BLAZER BAY!!!! Just write it off on next years taxes.  Not bad for a want-a-be fisherman, it could have been a little bigger... but I guess it will have to do!!!  It's about time you came out of the closet and wet a line.  More practice time with less women around and they will get bigger!!!!

SEE YA AT THE FISHING HOLE!!!!!

Yea, I got out there, maybe a little early, but the water's real clear and you could see the potholes easily. I feel lucky too, to have enjoyed the thrill of wading in the grass at day break. You see where I was, where were you?

Thanks for the wade fishing report. I also appreciate you posting that youtube video. It got me to thinking about some other guitarists that are still cranking out great music. David Gilmour {pink floyd} and mark knopfler {dire straits} have a lot of neat stuff worth checking out on youtube.
